This Weeks Updates and News:
We’ve got a firm date for the Desktop version launch for the 15th September – it’s all systems go and were determined and excited to hit that deadline! It’s going to be a big launch (not an explosion) that we’re sure will benefit everyone massively.
We’ve added the ability to send different subscribers to the same tiles.
This should save you loads of time and means you can deliver different levels of content to multiple groups.

Automating your Time:
We talk a lot about automated sequences because they’re really powerful ways to engage your audience without taking up your valuable time.
Consistent delivery of different types of content to your customers really helps to keep them engaged and absorbed in your brand.
This can work over any length of time you want to set up and it’s great for daily reminders, challenge updates, inspirational push notifications and varied daily touch points.
Liam talked through how you can set this up quickly and easily. Check out the replay!
That’s a word that strikes fear into us all now, but in the ExpertApps world we’re talking about locking down tiles.
By this we mean essentially ‘hiding’ your best content behind a subscription wall. This means you can set certain content to be accessible to everyone but the ‘gold dust stuff’ can be hidden behind a ‘Members Only’ tile.
Getting a mixture of free and paid content on your app will help you to build a long-term and more sustainable business brand and reputation.
As well as creating you an ongoing income stream this type of content and tile set up also acts as a great lead generation strategy. 2 great ways to attract and engage in one!
More Answers Than Questions:
We took a few questions from the virtual floor during the clinic:
The ability to have an Etsy store so it shows in the app: This is something we’ve worked on before but we found that it really slowed performance down. It’s something we’re determined to get right though in the future – it’s not at the top of the “To Do” list at the moment, but it’s on the Wishlist.
Width of tiles: There’s a video in the e-Lab that’ll teach you how to get this just right. If you watch the video make sure to drop us a line and give us your feedback. If it doesn’t help you solve your problem, let us know and we’ll improve it until it does!
The Clinic of the Future:
One of the advantages we’ll have when holding the clinics on our desktop version is that we’ll be able to look to ‘show and solve’ issues and questions in real time.
If it’s a niggle we can look at quickly and help you sort it out this will be a vastly improved experience for everyone! We look forward to sharing these new innovations with everyone.
